THE GOAL
Increase revenue at SWFL restaurants
Sizzle SWFL Restaurant Week is a 14-day semi-annual, charity-driven event that allows locals (and visitors) to channel their inner foodie and try all the restaurants on their wish lists.
Restaurants offer a specially crafted, two-course lunch and/or a three-course dinner with fixed-price menus.
The event allows people to try multiple restaurants that may normally be out of their price range and will send diners on a tasting tour throughout Southwest Florida.
The overall goal of Sizzle SWFL Restaurant Week is to encourage people to visit the best local restaurants during a normally slow time of year and help expose people to our amazing restaurants!
THE WORK
Taping into the community through food & beverage
The essence of this event is deeply rooted in its marketing strategy. From 2018 to 2020, I had the privilege of significantly contributing to the creation of captivating content for its promotion.
I took charge of designing alluring signage, eye-catching newspaper/ magazine ads, enticing flyers, and appealing menus which were circulated in five cities: Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral.
Furthermore, I played a vital role in capturing tantalizing images of the delectable dishes, which were showcased across various promotional platforms. Additionally, I had the opportunity to film live videos that skillfully showcased each participating restaurant, their remarkable Sizzle Restaurant Week menu items, and the talented chefs, owners, and managers behind them.

THE RESULTS
The effort I invested with my team played a pivotal role in successfully driving two bi-annual, 14-day events for a consecutive period of two years. These remarkable events involved over 75 restaurants spanning across Southwest Florida (SWFL), accompanied by a spectacular ticketed kick-off tasting event known as "First Bite," which attracted more than 500 attendees. Moreover, my contributions also help to the establishment of a scholarship fund and a ridiculous amount of calories.
